Your logo on the dashboards, your name in the client's inbox. I stay behind the scenes — no direct contact with your client unless you invite it.

One fixed rate per build, agreed before you quote your client — so your margin is set from the start, not a surprise partway through.

Defined SLAs
Response and turnaround windows agreed per project before we start, scoped to what the build actually needs.

Standing NDA
One NDA covering the whole partnership, signed once — a new project doesn't mean restarting the legal process.

Scope

Live access, not source
Your client gets working logins to their finished system — the site, the chatbot, the dashboard. The automation configs and backend setup stay with the partnership, not handed to the end client, unless we've agreed otherwise upfront.

A simple handoff guide
A short doc covering what the system does and how to use it — enough for your client to run day-to-day without needing to understand how it's built.

Support routes through you
Changes and support requests come to you, not to me directly — you stay the point of contact your client knows.

Custom scope, by agreement
Need to hand over more — source access, docs, anything outside the default — that's a conversation per project, not a standing rule.
